Last night I had the pleasure of hypnotizing some of Providence, RI's most wonderful citizens. Actually, I know firsthand that the town is full of great people but it would have been impossible to cram them all into the small hotel meeting room I reserved to conduct my TNLS hypnotherapy sessions. We began by getting to know one another, finding out why everyone was there and listening as people expressed what they hoped to take away from the event. Some had experienced hypnosis before while others had not but were certainly open to the idea.
Soon the lights went down and I began the induction. Slowly one head dropped...then two...three... and so on. The group was out like a light! This was one of the most receptive collections of folks I have ever encountered. When I brought them all back to the Now they were refreshed and feeling good about the power they now had over their own lifestyle choices.
The entire process took a little over 90 minutes and then I was on my way back up I-95 toward Boston. I hope to make it to Providence again soon with a stop in your town along the way!
